Working with Kevin has been an amazing experience. We came to Kevin after another realtor didn’t produce results and Kevin was able to turn our situation around immediately! We had an offer within a week. It gets even more complicated in that the offer had fallen through for buyer financing reasons  that we could not have foreseen and Kevin stuck with us through that entire process and worked even harder to get us a second offer ASAP. I am sure we called and texted more through that process than most and he was patient and explained everything through what was a very stressful situation. We also bought our home with Kevin and again the experience was just as great! He worked with us through the entire process, explained every detail and all the paperwork. Very knowledgeable, very professional, can’t say enough about him and the experience. I have recommended him over and over and will continue to recommend him to anyone I know that needs a realtor!
