My wife and I interviewed 3 agents with the plan to pick one to help us sell our house. They all seemed like they would do a good job for us but Kevin really stood out. Right from the start he was extremely professional and well prepared. There was no question in our mind that he was the guy for us.

We picked Kevin to sell our house, and after the house was for sale we quickly became very interested in buying a new home in the area. We picked Kevin to represent us as a buyer’s agent as well, and could not be happier with our choice!

Throughout the entire process Kevin was professional, on top of things and really made us feel comfortable that he had things well under control. His use of social media and other marketing tools is very impressive! He also was very patient with us when we had questions or concerns, and put up with my frequent joking and wisecracks.

In the end, we sold our house and bought our new one on the same day and everything went very smoothly. I would not hesitate to hire Kevin in either the seller’s or buyer’s agent role in the future, and have already recommended him to a couple friends who are buying.

I can’t say enough about how great Kevin is. He is honest, reliable, and just fun to be around. As many people know, searching for a home can be stressful but Kevin finds a way to make it enjoyable (even on those hot sticky days). We have now been in our new home for a week and we are so grateful to have met Kevin, would recommend him over and over again!

Kevin has been my real estate agent on two separate occasions now and he has been amazing to work with both times. If you’re looking to sell or buy a home, he is the realtor to work with. While searching for apartments, I had a property rental agent show me a place. Unfortunately for her it was not what I was looking for. While chatting about my reason for looking, I mentioned I would be selling my home. The agent referred me to Kevin. Kevin and I spoke on the phone. It was not more than a day when he got back to me with information about the market and what he could for me. We set up a time to meet at my home. Kevin came fully prepared. He had already done a lot of preliminary work. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of the market and his abilities to use all the latest technologies at hand to facilitate the sale of my home. Kevin was instrumental in helping me get my home in ‘Ready to Show’ condition. His skills as a photographer are amazing. He worked his magic and in a single day of open house we had so many interested parties with more than a handful of offers. We met the next morning to go over the offers and I accepted a great offer. During the following process of inspections, appraisal and any issues that needed attention, Kevin was right on top of things and handled everything flawlessly.

I worked with Kevin a few years back to sell a condo in Manchester, NH. It was a great experience overall. Kevin’s knowledge of the local market is deep and well known, whether you’re a buyer or a seller it will valuable. He made the process of listing easy and dealt with pretty much  everything for us. Through various channels, we had potential buyers there quickly…a lot of them. Once we went under contract, Kevin’s expertise in the negotiation and overall real estate process was needed, welcomed and became invaluable. The buyer’s realtor was not the easiest to work with. Kevin did an amazing job representing us and keeping my expectations and aggravation in check as we were dealing with her. Kevin is not only a great resource for the buying/selling process but he is a wealth of information on the real estate market. Kevin made our dreams come true! He helped us find the perfect location for a new home build and negotiated tirelessly to get us a deal that worked within our budget. He then sold our existing house on the first day it went on the market for above asking price with 3 offers. He did this through a  unique approach of pre-marketing that really drove the interest up on our house. We are very thankful for everything he did for us and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
