We called Kevin on a Tuesday morning and he showed up at our house in the evening with a full report on the house, neighborhood, town and comps in the area. Kevin toured our home, took notes and reviewed with us about 20 houses that had sold in our area and he came up with a listing price which worked for us. Working with Kevin has been an amazing experience. We came to Kevin after another realtor didn’t produce results and Kevin was able to turn our situation around immediately! We had an offer within a week. It gets even more complicated in that the offer had fallen through for buyer financing reasons that we could not have foreseen and Kevin stuck with us through that entire process and worked even harder to get us a second offer ASAP.
